Command’s refusal to allow preferral of charges against a General

Ultimately, I feel there will always be another imminent enemy facing the United States.  And to be clear, I fully believe that a strong military arm of foreign diplomacy is critical for the strength of a free democratic nation.  But I offer a dangerous caveat to this belief: if our military leaders consistently distract the Nation by perceived threats of the future while simultaneously failing to hold senior leaders accountable for the mistakes of our past wars, our Nations is destined to repeat the same mistakes going forward.
