  • HOW DO I ENTER DISCOUNT CODES?
    On the last page, before your click "Complete my purchase," there will be a box where you can enter your discount code. Once you have entered the code, click "Apply." Your total amount will be updated to reflect the discount.

  • HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM OR RECEIVE A REFUND?
    Authentic Americans will accept your return of unworn, unwashed, like new condition (per Authentic Americans discretion) and defective merchandise by mail for an exchange or full return of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) if the merchandise is returned within 30 days of the order date. To start a return, you can contact us at info@authenticamericans.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@authenticamericans.com DAMAGES AND ISSUES Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Certain types of items cannot be returned. Such as books and challenge coins, and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). EXCHANGES The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to email us at info@authenticamericans.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange and the new item you'd like to receive. REFUNDS We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
